Q: Do I need to sign up?

No! You don’t have to sign up before you can place an order with us, all you need to do is visit unicorn-gifts-shop.com and browse the catalog and add your favorite products to cart, checkout and that's it!.

Q: How do I choose my size?

Sizing varies between our items; there is a size chart for each specific product on the website please kindly look. Send us a note at unicorn.gifts.shop@gmail.com if you’re not sure which size will work best for you.

Q: What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discovery Network, and American Express as our payment method.

Q: How can I track my order?

Items can be tracked by returning to your Order Confirmation page and following the link to USPS or other logistic companies. 

Some packages that originate from an International warehouse, will only have tracking updates after reaching your domestic postal service.

If it has been over a week with no tracking update, this is likely the case with your package. It is nothing to be alarmed about and delivery will still occur within the estimated timeframe 99% of the time.

Q: How will I know if my order is received?

You will get an email from us that your order has been received after making payment but that doesn’t confirm that your order is accepted. We’ll only clear your order after the item is located, your delivery address is verified, and your credit card details have been approved.

Q: What is the return policy?

The return policy is part of the Terms & Conditions of the company. At Uni-lovers.com, we offer I00% satisfaction guaranteed or 30 days money back. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it for a full refund.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be canceled if the shipment is not yet confirmed. Please contact consumer support at unicorn.gifts.shop@gmail.com and speak to our agents, they will be happy to help you and process your refund.

Q: What if an item is out of stock?

Once an item is sold out, it’s taken from the website at the earliest opportunity. If that your order is out of stock, the price is higher or subjected to a delay; we’ll contact you via the email you provide when placing the order.

Q: What if I later realize my details are incorrect?

Q: How long does it take my package to arrive?

Q: What if my item came defective?

In case your item is damaged when it arrives at your shipping location, be rest assured that we would do all we can to help resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We’ll give you a refund or partial refund/replacement.
